Terms: Net 30 days
Agency Commissions: 15% of gross billings allowed to recognized advertising
agencies on space, color, bleed, provided payment is made within 30 days
of invoice date. Commissions are not allowed on miscellaneous, mechanical
or other charges.
Short Rates: Advertisers will be short-rated if, within a 12-month period
from the date of first insertion they do not use the amount of space upon
which their billings have been based.
Publisher reserves the right to hold the advertiser and/or its advertising
agency jointly and severally liable for such moneys as are due and payable
to the publisher.Cancellations or changes in order may not be made by
advertiser or its agency after the closing date.
